2. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

2.1 Server Log Files

When you visit our website, our hosting provider Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus) automatically processes server log data (IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, browser type).
Purpose: technical operation, stability and security.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Retention: 30 days.

2.2 Contact Form / E-mail Contact

If you contact us by form or e-mail, we process your data (name, e-mail, message) to handle your request.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Retention: Messages are deleted after processing, no later than 12 months.

2.3 Cookies

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies required for operation (e.g., session cookies).
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional website).

2.4 Google Maps

We use Google Maps provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to display our location.
Purpose: user-friendly presentation of our address and easy navigation.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Recipients / Processors

Hosting by Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus). A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place.

4. Third-Country Transfers

Data transfer to the USA may occur through Google Maps services based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
